Commodities Program
The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) was created for low-income persons at least 60 years of age. By providing food filled with good sources of the nutrients typically lacking in the diets of the beneficiary population, it is designed to supplement their existing diets.
Please click on the link below to print out an application, or stop by our office and pick one up.
Once your application is complete and returned to us, we can determine your eligibility.
Our staff will notify you of upcoming commodity distribution dates and eligibility renewals.
